During the Bike week 2026 in Motala, June 5–13, we offer attractive event spaces in the heart of Vätternrundan. Here, you have the opportunity to strengthen your brand, build relationships, launch products, and give visitors the chance to try your offerings. With us, you become an important part of the event experience, as Cykelveckan annually attracts tens of thousands of participants and up to 80,000 visitors from around the world. Nordic Bike Expo – where you meet the Nordic region’s largest cycling audience
Right in the heart of the Vätternrundan cycling festival, Nordic Bike Expo takes place – the obvious meeting point for the cycling industry. Nowhere else in the Nordics can you reach so many cycling consumers at once. The event area is strategically located, surrounded by children’s and food areas, positioned between the start and finish, and next to the bib number tent – creating a constant flow of participants and visitors. Food area, Stadsparken
No festival is complete without a proper food area! Here, Motala’s local restaurateurs are complemented by “grab and go” food, snacks, coffee, and ice cream – something for everyone. In the heart of Stadsparken, cyclists, locals, and visitors come together to enjoy great food and a relaxed atmosphere.
We offer grass areas in Stadsparken for tents, as well as a limited number of asphalt spots for trailers and food trucks. Rental of tents, flooring, and exhibition carpets can be arranged through us upon booking. As a participant, you are required to offer beverages from Carlsberg’s range. Local beverage options may be approved by our beverage partner. You are expected to remain open at least during official opening hours to ensure a lively and attractive area for visitors. Parking for storage vehicles is available outside the event area – please plan ahead.
Tip: Bring a hand truck to easily transport items between the parking area and your space, and to manage waste efficiently at the recycling stations during the day.

Kids area
The children’s area is located in Stadsparken and is designed to entertain and inspire movement among younger visitors. Are you a club or company working with public health and activities for children? Get in touch with us!

Stadsparken
Here you’ll find attractive spaces for those selling flowers, souvenirs, gifts, children’s products, or crafts. In short, this area is for vendors offering everything except sports apparel, energy products, bicycles, and cycling accessories.
This is a central location between the start and finish, in Motala’s well-visited Stadsparken. In addition to offering participants souvenirs and memorable items, the focus is on creating a range of products that appeal to families and visitors – things they enjoy or need during their time at the event area.
