There isn’t much time left. We’re right in the middle of the remaining preparations to provide you with the service and the ride you deserve. We hope that you’re ready, but to not miss anything, we’re posting this message a few days before.
Start certificate
Whatever you do, don’t forget to print out your start certificate from My Pages. You can order Log-in information from the log-in page (light blue rectangle).
You need it when you come to Stora Torget (the main square) in Motala to pick up your ride number and chip. The ride number can be picked up at latest 60 minutes prior to the start. You can also order your finish line photo by checking the box on your start certificate. Your photo will then be mailed home to you.
The Expo Marquee
The Expo at the square is open Thursday 14/6 12.00 - 22.00 and Friday 15/6, 08.00 - 24.00 (ride numbers are distributed until 10.30 on Saturday). The Expo is also open on Saturday between 08.00 and 20.00. Come on time.
The chip
This year, we have a new supplier of ride numbers and chips. The main difference this year is that the chip is a sticker you place on your helmet above your right ear. It’s important that it is properly placed for timekeeping and your safety.
Car pooling
If you already haven’t left, you should try as much as possible to car pool to Motala. This is not only because large areas of Motala are under construction, but also from an environmental standpoint. If you come by car, you should park on the outskirts of the city and take our Vätternrundan buses (free of charge) or bicycle into the city centre. Mobile technique
With your mobile, you can receive remarkable service via our app (search at "Vätternrundan 2012" in the AppStore or AndroidMarket), mobile page (mobil.vatternrundan.se) or receive sms reports of chosen cyclists. The App is only available in swedish.
