This guide will help you fill out the form on Vätternrundan’s new registration system.
1. Participants from previous years can use their existing customer number and password to retrieve any data already registered. Please use the same login as on My Pages. Click “retrieve data” to proceed.
2. If you are a new user or if your login details are missing, please fill out the form on the right, see below. Click on “Continue”.
3. Check, amend and complete the information as appropriate. Please note that a personal email address is compulsory. Finish by clicking “Add” to proceed.
You can register a maximum of 30 participants before proceeding to payment.
4. When all participants in your group have been added, click on “Proceed to payment” to continue. Your application will not be registered until the payment has gone through.
5. Choose your start time within a 10-minute interval.
6. Select payment type; credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or internet banking (only users with a Swedish bank account; Swedbank or Handelsbanken).
7. Fill out your email address for order confirmation. Confirm that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions. Click on “Proceed to payment” to continue.
8. Pay for your order.
9. Go to “View registration” or “My Pages” to check your registration. Vätternrundan cannot be held responsible if you have selected the wrong start time or forgotten to purchase the “Startklar” cancellation insurance. A personal receipt can be printed from My Pages. My Pages will also show your exact start time.
